Originally from the Columbus area, Samantha VonAllman relocated to Cuyahoga Falls in 2019. While in Columbus, she was the Director of Operations for a top performance realtor team and assisted all their clients to the closing table on their forever home.

Samantha works with our seller clients to help launch their home listing to the world. She assists with listing paperwork and disclosures. Sam also coordinates room measurements, professional photography, and leads the process of entering property information on to the MLS, and over 900 websites. Sam also works with the showing service and whatever else our clients need that relates to the listing process.

With a passion for service, you can expect Sam to bring hard work, integrity, and fun new energy to Penney Group. Samantha is a licensed Real Estate Agent graduating from Hondros College of Business. Sam has worked in customer service for the past 10 years giving her the ability to be patient and anticipate her clients' wants and needs.

Although Sam was new to the area, she instantly fell in love with Cuyahoga Falls. She especially enjoys the beautiful parks and walking trails, and that it is very family-oriented. Samantha is looking forward to being a part of the community. Most importantly she loves the feeling of being “home” with her husband, two children and their dog!
