A licensed real estate agent since 2020, Jennifer is the Penney Group’s transaction coordinator. All
paperwork for the Penney Group flows through her and she works hard trying to keep all transactions
on target. At various points throughout your sale, you’re sure to hear from her.
Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Miami University (Oxford, OH) and
taught middle school biology in Dayton. After moving to Toledo, she worked in medical research while
her husband finished his medical training. In 1996 she moved to Stow and spent many years raising her
4 children with her husband Jeff. She decided to bring her attention to detail to a new career in real
estate, joining Will’s team in 2019.
Besides her love of the complex world of real estate contracts she also enjoys cooking, reading, walks
around Silver Lake with family and yoga.
