I've never sold a house before so I had no idea what was involved. Thank goodness for Penney Real Estate and Will Penney. Will helped me buy that house 20 years ago and I was so happy to be able to work with him to sell it. He's very knowledgeable and was able to direct me on what I needed to do to get my house ready to sell. Working with Will really helped to make the whole process less stressful for me.
